Whams Weather
Richard Bottomley has sent me the following link - Emley village weather station - which takes you very nicely to his own weather web site in Emley. If you look at the pages there is a page devoted to the Whams. This connects you to two other weather stations one at Millhouse and another in Penistone. Between thes three sites you should be able to get a very good idea of the conditions at the Whams.
For those of you who live a long way off (Blackpool for instance) who would appriciate a more pictorial vew of the local climate click on the web cam page and get a real time vew of weather in Emley Village - close enough to the Whams to save a trip if it is much different to where you live.
