An Experimental Page to see if I can show Videos

I think I have got it set up now but if anyone is having problems or wants to send me clips of their own let me know at alec@alecbarber.wanadoo.co.uk

Talking to Joe up at the flying field today (23rd November) and we were discussing the, now sadly defunct SeaMaster flying boat. Joe mentioned that he did not think anyone would bother flying from the actual salty sea. Here is one , electric unfortunatly, flying from a foreign beach. Lovely colour scheme and don't they just fly well.

This is not the video I first saw but it amply demonstrates that there is very little turbulence either in front or behind a wind turbine.

Lots of new models about by the look of things. Pitty the Dishwasher has just broken down and I have had to spend the Model Money Float on a new one. I had just the model in mind for my old 40cc Chinese Twin. Oh! well lets save the pennies again. The model below is Richard Steadman's not mine - he put the title on the video - not me.

Bron took the following of me flying my Astro-Hog (Built by Bill Wood) the day we had the thunderstorm at the Whams.

No title but it looked as though I wa enjoying myself - Thanks Bron and Richard for sending it to YouTube.

Bill Wood and David Firth have produced a video of flying over Sledbrook. The big factory is Hepworth Iron and occasionally I think I saw the resovoir just over the horison from the Whams. Shows how close we are to each other and how lucky the club is to have facilities for just about any sort of flying all in one area

As mentioned on the Home Page this link (not to You Tube) is well worth a look.

This is Richards Hell Cat but not exactly in the position I wanted it to be. I wanted to include it at the side of my player up above so you could open it by choice. We may get there yet?

Richard Steadman is making a very big effort to pass his "B" test soon if the amount of fuel he is using is anything to go by. Good Luck!  (A Bron Video Production)
